Shipping and Return Policy
Happyhomebars.com offers free shipping on all items. We have you covered. We distribute via ground shipping, freight shipping, and white glove service. We only ship to the lower 48 states. We do not ship internationally.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Once you receive your tracking number you are able to track your items as they are delivered to you.
The 3 types of Shipping:
- Ground Shipping- FedEx/UPS
- Freight LTL Shipping- Delivers to your driveway or garage, they will not deliver inside the resident.
- White Glove Delivery- a 2-person team will deliver and set up your items in the room of choice up two flights of stairs. They will dispose of any packing material from shipment and items.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, you may reject shipment and send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. Contact Happy Home Bars within 5 business days if item(s) arrives damaged, we will process a claim on your behalf.
YOU MUST CONTACT HAPPY HOME BARS TO PROCESS A DAMAGE ITEM CLAIM. IF YOU DO NOT WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THAT A REPLACEMENT ITEM WILL BE SENT.
Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Happy Home Bars. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. You can return or exchange an items for a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unassembled and must be in its original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be made to original form of payment. You must contact us for any return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Return and Exchange Shipping
We will take care of the shipping cost for items that will be returned or exchanged if you are not completely happy with the items purchased.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We must receive returned items to process the refund. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
